Most of the rules you live by, you never sat down and chose. Be useful. Earn your rest. Don't take up too much space. You absorbed them somewhere along the way, and a lot of them are still running your decisions.
The Shifted Lounge is one evening to look at them out loud.
Ten women. One long dinner at Endwell Greens, overlooking the course as the sun goes down. Every Lounge is built around a book, and this one is built around Morgan DeBaun's Rewrite Your Rules. Over dinner, we talk through the rules you carried in and which ones you are ready to rewrite. Not a lecture. Not a workshop. A real conversation at a table where women think out loud together.
